Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the invoice or proof of purchase inside the box.

  Ship the Items

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
